We may retain Personal Data for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we originally collected it, and to comply with our legal obligations. We retain client files containing Personal Data for a minimum of 6 years following the conclusion of our representation, after which we reserve the right to destroy them, subject to compliance with the Virginia State Bar’s Rules of Professional Conduct.

We take the security of your Personal Data seriously. We implement reasonable physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Data.
